  Hotel is closer to 3 1/2 stars, but can see why some would.give it four. Restaurant is definitely not 4 star. 2 at best. Breakfast is greasy and Buffett only. I asked for orange juice and my server pointed to where I can go get it. I get better service at a Marriott. Plus, they include an 18% gratuity for getting my own breakfast and drinks. I guess because I travel often, I have seen what good service is. Oh, by the way, just because you pay more doesn't mean you get more. Stay here to see what I mean.

  Very nice place in nice area. One night off season was $218 for 2 people (after fees & taxes), which I agreed to. We got a complimentary breakfast. My husband had a regular breakfast and I had a small amount of yogurt and water. Waiter came over once to give him coffee. I noticed an $11.90 charge was added to our credit card a few days after we arrived home. I called and asked and was told that was the gratuity for breakfast. Our FREE serve-yourself buffet breakfast (because she says it's valued at $22 per person). And she mentioned $4 was also added for maid (which was already on our original bill but it's an additional $4, plus we left her a tip! I was not happy that they added that in without telling us. $11.90 doesn't sound like much but it's a rip off after I asked them if there were any other charges and was told $218 would cover it.

  My family comes here every year for Thanksgiving! Can't beat the location and the food is superb! They completely renovated the main dining area and added a bar. It came out beautifully and really elevates the look and feel of that space! Highly recommend and we might even come by just for dinner and drinks in the spring!!
